We’ve transformed the original factory hall into a 200 m² flexible space for remote work, yoga and art, perfect for digital nomads, creatives and families looking for a unique retreat. Stay in one of three bright rooms, each with a double bed and private balcony, and share a fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and a cosy dining room. Next door you’ll find our wood‑fired pizzeria, where guests can craft their own pizzas or join our popular pizza nights. High‑speed Wi‑Fi, dedicated workspaces and a billiards table make Casa Burnie ideal for remote work retreats as well as relaxing holiday breaks. Beyond our doorstep you can explore Todi, Deruta, Orvieto, Perugia and Assisi – all within a 30–45‑minute drive. Our story began when we purchased this old clothing factory and reimagined it as a place for travellers to connect, slow down and get inspired. The Space
Our restored factory lies in the Umbrian countryside, just below Monte Castello di Vibio, one of Italy’s most beautiful villages. Surrounded by olive groves, farmland, and rolling hills, it’s a peaceful place to slow down and reconnect. We offer three bright rooms with double beds and balconies, plus two shared bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a cozy dining room. Next door, our small pizzeria with a wood-fired oven invites guests to make their own pizza or join one of our pizza nights. The 200 m² former factory hall is now a flexible space for remote work, yoga, art, or some games.
The Surroundings
Within 30–45 minutes, you can reach the historic towns of Todi, Deruta (famous for handmade ceramics), Orvieto with its stunning cathedral, Perugia, and Assisi. A peaceful river lies just a short walk from the house perfect for a morning stroll and the spectacular Cascate delle Marmore waterfalls are within reach for a day trip.
